Does Solve integrates with existing software and how?

Hereworks Solve offers API integration capabilities, allowing it to seamlessly connect with your current software and building management systems. Even though Solve is a powerful standalone solution, it does integrate with your existing software. Some of the integrations Solve supports are: MS365 email and Teams, Cureocity, Hubstar, Kode Labs.

What is Hereworks Solve, and how does it work?

Hereworks Solve is a user-friendly platform designed to streamline occupant issue reporting. It allows occupants to report issues quickly without the need for an app or login, facilitating efficient communication between users and building managers.

How does the system know where the problem is occurring?

The asset management piece of our software allows for this. Tags are placed around the property and set up to a location, asset and associated issues or requests.

What are the key features of Hereworks Solve?

Key features include rapid requests reporting, a visual heatmap for issue tracking, mobile-first design for on-the-go management, and comprehensive analytics for insights into building operations.

Who sets up all the tags?

You can manage all the tags, assets, locations and users through the admin dashboard.

Here’s the recommended flow for your onboarding:

  1. Invite Users: If you won’t be solely responsible for onboarding the building, it’s a good idea to invite users first and grant them admin rights. This way, they can assist with the building’s onboarding process.
  2. Create a building.
  3. Add Floors: Start with at least one floor.
  4. Add a Floor Plan.
  5. Add Locations: These will be placed on the floor plan.
  6. Create User Groups: This will help you assign the right groups to respond to user requests or issues.
  7. Create templates if our templates don’t suit your needs. Templates are essentially asset types and where you setup the actions to perform when a user taps or scans a Solve Tag.
  8. Mount the Asset Tags and Scan to Load into the System.
  9. Add Asset Images (Optional, can be done later).

How many users can I add?

As many as you like, you have unlimited users.

How does Hereworks Solve enhance productivity and user satisfaction?

By simplifying problem reporting and management, Hereworks Solve reduces downtime and interruptions, leading to increased productivity and improved occupant satisfaction.

How does the software know who to assign the problem to?

This is all managed through your dashboard under user groups. You can add as many user groups as you want. For example, you could create a user group for cleaning, building maintenance or IT. Then, you can add as many users to those groups as you like and choose who gets notified when who gets notified when a request is made.

What is the pricing model for Hereworks Solve?

Tiered model, starting from 750EUR monthly for 1 building and up to 500 assets.

How can I add a user?

After logging in, you can initiate the process of inviting users to the platform. During the invitation, you will also have the option to assign a user role, distinguishing between admin and non-admin roles.

After entering the user’s email address and sending the invitation, the recipient will receive an email containing a temporary password. This password will need to be updated by the user during their initial login.

In the users section, you will have access to a comprehensive list of all platform users, including their respective invitation statuses. As an admin, you will have the authority to either resend invitations or remove users through the edit button.

What is the difference between an admin and a non admin user?

Additional permissions for Admins are:

  • User group creation
  • Register and manage assets
  • Create templates

What does it mean to be in a group?

Users who are added to a specific group will receive notifications about issues associated with that particular group.

How can I add a building?

You can add buildings through the admin dashboard. The number of buildings you can add depends on the plan you purchased.

Is there a free trial or demo available?

How does the pricing adapt if the number of buildings or tags increases over time?

The Basic and Professional Plans have set limits on buildings and assets. For organisations expecting growth, the Enterprise Plan with custom pricing and unlimited buildings and tags may be more suitable.

What is the process for upgrading or downgrading between plans?

Please contact us to make any amendments to your plan. For downgrading the plan, you will need to ensure that the number of building and assets are reduced to match the lower plan by the date the new plan goes live. Otherwise, we reserve the right to continue to charge you for the higher plan until the number of buildings and assets match the lower plan requested.

What is the notice period for making amendments to the plan?

For upgrading your plan, at any time during the contract. The change will be implemented at the earliest opportunity; however, you will get billed for the period starting the next calendar month.

What kind of analytics and insights does Hereworks Solve provide?

The platform offers a comprehensive dashboard with AI-powered insights, reports, graphs, and maps that highlight areas needing attention and track trends over time, aiding in proactive building management.

How can a problem be reported without logging into an app or system?

Using an app clip instead of an actual app, the person just needs to tap or scan NFC enabled Solve tag with their mobile phone in the location of their problem and report.

Yes, Solve provides support and managed services to assist users with any issues or questions that may arise.
