McKeon Construction

McKeon Group was established in 1950 by Tom McKeon. Back then as one man and his van, he began providing construction and maintenance services to many of our current clients.

2007

Hereworks

McKeon Construction continued to grow, establishing our technology division Hereworks to ensure we met the needs of our clients.

2020

Hereworks Happy

Focusing on Human centric solutions, Hereworks started developing the Happy platform – an independent data layer for smart buildings - centred around the concept of Happiness as KPI . By understanding the personal preferences of occupants, buildings can proactively remove barriers to efficiency—optimizing comfort, connectivity, and overall workplace experience. The Happy Score measures how well a building adapts to its occupants' needs, ensuring that every space supports well-being and productivity.

Solve

Extensive research into facility management pain points revealed a critical issue: manual and inefficient reporting methods led to delays, increased downtime, and dissatisfied tenants. This is exactly why we created Solve, a feature on the Happy platform– a way to manage requests and issues effectively to deliver a high-end customer experience.
